岗位职责：
1.负责公司供应商的管理Responsible for supplier management
2.制定原材料、外协件的入口检验规范Set entrance test specification of the raw materials and parts.
3.负责对入口检验员进行入口检验的培训Responsible for the entrance inspector’s training of the entrance examination
4.向公司提供采购件的质量统计、分析数据Provide quality statistical and data analysis of the purchased parts
5.负责原材料、外购件质量异常的联络、沟通、处理及质量改进及PRR的跟踪Be responsible for the quality of raw materials purchased, abnormal about contact, communication, processing and quality improvement and PRR tracking
6.对外购件的批量质量问题与供应商沟通并妥善处理，并跟踪供应商的质量改进及PRR的跟踪Communicate with suppliers and properly handle about the batch quality problems of the purchased parts, and follow up the supplier quality improvement and PRR tracking.
7.对客户反馈的供应商质量问题负责与供应商沟通并确保落实纠正措施The problem for customer feedback supplier quality, responsible for communicating with supplier and ensure the implementation of corrective measures
8.负责与外购件有关的质量问题的判断与处理，就退货、索赔问题与供应商沟通Responsible for judging and handling the quality of purchased parts, communicate with suppliers about the return goods and the claim
9.协助物料部对供应商质量业绩进行评价Assist materials department to evaluate the supplier quality performance
10.对供方进行体系审核、过程审核，并跟踪供应商的改进System audit, process audit on supplier and tracking the improvement
11.负责供应商PPAP文件的审核Responsible for supplier PPAP file.
12.负责供应商年度质量持续改进计划的审核及执行情况的跟踪Responsible for tracking the annual supplier continuous quality improvement review and implementation of the plan.
13.负责供应商ISIR样件及标准,缺陷样件的管理Responsible for supplier ISIR sample and standard ,defect management
14.配合质量工程师对新老项目匹配有关供应商零件的问题的分析及改进,确认. Assist Quality Engineer for old and new items matching suppliers of parts problem analysis and improvement, to confirm.
15.供应商新产品入口检验所需量测仪器信息的提供(给质量工程师) Provide measuring instrument information for the supplier new product entrance examination(to Quality Engineer)
16.负责供应商不合格信息的记录及PPM计算及月度质量绩效报告提交给SQE主管Responsible for supplier nonconforming information recording and PPM calculation and the monthly quality performance report to SQE Supervisor
17.供应商质量协议确认Supplier quality agreement confirmation
18.供应商年度全盘尺寸,材料,性能测试结果的确认及报告的接收Supplier annual comprehensive confirmation about size, material, performance test results and receiving report
19.每年年底统计供应商零件来料质量状态制定调整下一年的抽样计划At the end of the year statistics component supplier incoming quality state to formulate and adjust the sampling plan for the next year
20.遵守已确认使用的EHS法律、法规及其他要求Follow identified using EHS laws, regulations and other requirements
21.按照要求整改本部门EHS管理的不符合项In accordance with the requirements of rectification department EHS management nonconformity
任职要求：
1.英文6级以上，听、说、读、写能力优秀。
2.3年以上在汽车行业内质量工程师相关工作经历。More than 3 years in the automotive industry about quality engineer working experience.
熟习ISO/TS16949；Familiar with the ISO/TS16949;
3.熟练AIAG五大手册；Familiar with AIAG five Handbook;
4.熟练使用PDCA\8D报告；Skilled use of PDCA\8D Report;
5.熟练运用QC七大质量工具；Familiar with QC seven quality tools;
6.熟悉VDA6.3&6.5；Familiar with the VDA6.3&6.5;
7.沟通协调能力强；Strong communication and coordination skills;
8.谨慎；Careful.
